Christopher Howard

Barry
Christopher Howard was born at Baltimore, Maryland, the
son of Dale Harley and Margaret Catherine Howard.
He was married on September 7, 1991 to the former Amie
Joan Palumbo, a native of Illinois, and the daughter of
the late Anthony Joseph Palumbo and Joanne Kaye Sibigtroth
MacDonald.
Barry and Amie reside in northern Maryland with their four
children.
Barry holds an M.B.A. from
Johns Hopkins University,
and a B.S. in Business Administration from
Regis University
where he graduated summa cum laude. For over twenty
years, his career has been in the fiscal and operational
non-profit sector. He is the current Chief
Financial and Administrative Officer at
New America.
Previously he was the Chief Financial Officer at
World Relief, where he
worked for over eight years.

Dwight D. Eisenhower Society in
Gettysburg, PA. He and his family reside in northern Maryland.
